Rockfield develops and manages scalable and sustainable housing concepts that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals, with an emphasis on SDG 11 for sustainable cities. Through active community building, we transform every site into a place full of meeting and social interaction.

The Cohesion

The Cohesion is an urban co-living concept for young urbanites, focusing on living comfort, services and a like-minded community. This concept mainly serves higher-educated starters with a complete city living experience. Thanks to a transparent service package, tenants enjoy lower living costs and less hassle, giving more time for connection and personal development. Community managers organise monthly activities, creating an inspiring living environment. As of 2017, The Cohesion has more than 3,000 active community members.

FRIENDS living

The FRIENDS Living concept offers an innovative and affordable solution for urban living, aimed at reducing the housing shortage. In this formula, two or three people share a flat, each with its own bedroom and bathroom, while rent and service costs are shared. This concept responds to the growing trend of single-person households and is financially attractive for both tenants and investors. FRIENDS Living can be applied within any Rockfield housing concept and offers benefits to all involved.

StuNest

StuNest is a residential concept for (international) students developed by Rockfield Real Estate with around 3,000 homes since 2015. It offers affordable, quality housing with efficient services and attention to mental health, which attracts partner universities. StuNest makes studying an adventure full of joy and personal growth. The community manager facilitates this with various programmes and activities. Every year, we welcome around 400 new students who start a new chapter in their lives.

With HEPPY, we want to create a residential concept for seniors who want to enjoy their retirement to the full. This concept offers vital seniors the same positive community experience as our other projects, with a focus on freedom and carefree living. With over 10 years of experience in setting up interactive communities, we provide a happy and proactive environment where seniors can live carefree, whether with the community or independently. Most importantly, residents feel happy about it.
