Location and Area

Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is known for its art, architecture and rich cultural heritage. The project is located in the Novoli district, in north-western Florence, close to the Economics, Law and Social Sciences faculties of the University of Florence. The Novoli area will benefit from two major infrastructure projects: the new high-speed railway station (Belfiore Railway Station) and the expansion of the Amerigo Vespucci Airport. The property is well served by public transport, with Central Station 25 minutes away by tram, a bus station a 7-minute walk away and Amerigo Vespucci Airport 15 minutes away by tram. The University of Florence is just a 15-minute walk away, while shopping and leisure facilities, such as a shopping centre and a supermarket, can be reached in 14 and 9 minutes’ walk, respectively.
