Madrid, Amsterdam 2 September 2024 – Josep Franch Bellmunt heads the Southern European Investment team focusing on the residential segment with a strong focus on PBSA, flex and residential real estate.
Amsterdam-based Rockfield Real Estate has appointed Josep Franch Bellmunt to head its investment and development divisions in southern Europe. The investment manager will cover all southern European markets from its Madrid and Barcelona offices.

Bellmunt joins Rockfield after six years at Greystar, where he acquired, developed and managed more than 10,000 student accommodation beds, as well as a wide range of residential asset classes in Spain. Josep reports to Juan Manuel Acosta, Rockfield’s CIO, and is responsible for positioning Rockfield through acquisitions and developments of residential real estate for students, flex and young professionals in all major southern European cities.
