Rockfield Real Estate is proud to announce the highest point of the Lighthouse project at Strijp-S in Eindhoven. With an impressive height of 110 metres, Lighthouse will be the tallest residential building in the city. This striking building, offers 333 rental apartments and 1,000m² of commercial space. The design is by De Zwarte Hond involving high-quality architecture with a strong vertical structure. The façades are beautifully detailed with ceiling-high bronze-coloured aluminium window frames and white bricks that are entirely bricked by hand. The realisation of this
eye-catching and also challenging project is being handled by Stam + De Koning Bouw and Visser & Smit Bouw. Rockfield Real Estate serves as asset manager and landlord of Lighthouse.

Leasing is expected to start during 2025 and completion of the Lighthouse residential building at Machinekamerplein is expected around summer 2025.
