As an open-end fund with an indefinite term, DULV is designed to grow through investment strategies that flexibly adapt to the ongoing changes and developments in urban environments. Portfolio

Rockfield has successfully acquired or developed a portfolio of over 1,600 high-quality homes across seven locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, and Almere. This portfolio, backed by a strong track record, currently boasts a 100% occupancy rate and benefits from leading ESG qualifications, with a GRESB score of 90 in 2023.
