Focus

The structural undersupply of PBSA in Europe’s key university cities provides an attractive market opportunity that the Fund will capitalize on. The Fund aims to create a diversified portfolio of high-quality PBSA assets. It will invest across Continental Europe, with a focus on the following Eurozone countries: Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Portugal. Within the countries the Fund will target well-located properties in the key European university cities / leading education hubs where demand for high-quality student housing is strong and resilient.

Strategy

With a core+ strategy, the Fund aims to create value by enhancing the operational performance of its assets. To ensure a consistent and high-quality portfolio, the Fund will assets with well-established transportation links and proximity to key university campuses as well as their potential to contribute to the global effort of reducing GHG emissions in line with the Paris Agreement.
