The lofts are designed with a high energy label (minimum label A), indicating that the energy consumption of the homes is low. This is due to good insulation and energy-efficient appliances.

Living concept

The building’s plinth houses five commercial spaces and a communal co-working space, operated by residential concept The Cohesion. This contributes to a dynamic and connected community within The Lofts. In addition, residents have a spacious coworking space with a meeting room and a communal wash/dry room. In summer, tenants can use the sunny roof terrace, which is specially designed for gathering and relaxing. The on-site community manager links residents with activities.
