Almere 28 August 2023 – Investment Manager Rockfield is proud to announce that The Cohesion HIGHNote, located on Bodestraat in the heart of Almere, has been fully let for completion through our proprietary letting platform Roofz.eu. Developed by AM in partnership with Rockfield, this project in the centre of Almere will come fully to life from October 2023.
FRIENDS apartments
Of the 157 available youth apartments, a large part consists of 66 specially designed FRIENDS apartments. Partly due to the rental of these apartments, more than half are double-occupied. As a result, upon completion, HIGHNote will house as many as 236 enthusiastic first-time buyers on the eve of their careers who value affordability, fun and flexibility. Rockfield has 255 Friends apartments Under Management and first introduced the FRIENDS apartments in Rotterdam Katendrecht in 2019, a year later in Amsterdam Osdorp and in 2021 at Stijp-S in Eindoven. The debut of this residential concept in Almere underlines the growing trend in which two ‘friends’ live together and are part of a wider community in the same building. This idea fits seamlessly with the Coliving concept of The Cohesion, Rockfield’s own residential concept.
The Cohesion HIGHNote
Besides the residential units, the complex also offers several communal spaces: a 100m2 coliving space on the ground floor and a sprawling 400m2 roof garden on the first floor. With the arrival of tenants in October, HIGHNote will be renamed ‘The Cohesion HIGHNote’. These spaces are designed for meeting, studying, working or enjoying the sun with your neighbours. Moreover, besides excellent service for tenants, The Cohesion’s community manager will also provide monthly programming to promote sports and social interaction.
One future tenant, expressing his enthusiasm about it: ‘The principle of The Cohesion really appeals to me. To belong to such a community seems very cool to me.
