Amsterdam August 10 – 2021 – Rockfield Real Estate, as the developer, received the project 7even Amsterdam from Bot Bouw on Friday, August 6. 7even is a high-quality residential complex with 90 free sector rental apartments in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, designed by KENK Architects.

The construction of Lieven 7 (7even) and Lieven 8 began in the summer of 2020. Construction of Lieven 6 is set to start in mid-2021 with an expected completion by the end of 2022.
7EVEN is very conveniently located right next to Delflandplein, with the metro stop Heemstedestraat just a few minutes’ walk away, and the A10 motorway accessible within one minute. Additionally, there is a direct bike route to Vondelpark and the vibrant city center.
The building is designed under high-quality architecture by Kenk Architects and developed by Rockfield Real Estate. Each section of the building has its own entrance and distinct architectural design, giving the project a relatively small-scale character with a ‘human’ dimension. The apartments are situated around a communal inner garden, which is also accessible to the neighborhood. By using prefab elements, Bot Bouw achieved a fast construction time, and the project, including the underground parking garage, was completed within 18 months of the start of construction.
The apartments are move-in ready, featuring a beautiful kitchen, spacious bathroom, and high-quality flooring. The first tenants were able to collect their keys last weekend and will be moving into their brand-new homes in the coming days.
